WELCOME to the website of Performance Seminar Group. PSG was founded by James W. Bannister, to help people find practical ways to achieve business and personal success. In the 1980`‘s and 90‘s, skills development training was typically delivered in classroom-style seminars, such as that pictured here. Times have changed since then. Online and computer-based training represent the state of the art in the 21st century. However, PSG stands ready to produce and present two dozen seminars, workshops and short courses on Management Skills, Communication Skills, Sales and Marketing, Financial Essentials and Personal Effectiveness. We also offer consulting and support services to help progressive businesses and businesspeople survive and thrive in today’s challenging economy.
